Lindsay Lohan Sued For Wild Night

One of my favorite party girls is in trouble again, following her wild night of reckless driving and driving while intoxicated.

Lindsay Lohanis facing a lawsuit from three men who claim she hijacked a car and held them hostage last July.

Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro accuse the star of commandeering the SUV they were passengers in, after a party in Malibu, Calif.

She then drove off in the car and was stopped by police on the Pacific Coast Highway after running a red light.

The officers arrested Lohan for driving under the influence. They also found cocaine on her possession. The incident resulted in a second DUI charge in just three months for the actress and led to an infamous 84-minute jail sentence.

Papers filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court this week allege Lohan was intoxicated and "hostile" and "endangered" the mens' lives during the "joyride." She allegedly told them, "She was a celebrity ... she could do whatever she wants."

But Lohan's lawyer Ed McPherson has dismissed the lawsuit, telling TMZ.com, "These guys had the night of their lives."

I bet it was a fun night!

'Sam's friends have been saying for a while that Lindsay still likes men as well as women. And for Lindsay's part, she's still caught up in her partying ways.

'Samantha doesn't need that in her life, not now, not ever. If these two are going to be together for the long term, Lindsay is the one who's going to have to change, calm down, and get real. Sam's made that very clear to her.'

Maybe Lindsay Lohan is thinking about being with a man again?

The source continued: 'Clearly, they were spending a little too much time together, and Samantha was the one who said Lindsay was getting in the way, and even acting obsessive at times.

'Samantha DJ'ed three big parties around the Emmy weekend in Los Angeles, and Lindsay was practically on top of her for every minute of those gigs. Lindsay was behaving in a very smothering way.

'For a man or a woman, it can be hard when your girlfriend insists on going to work with you every day.

'The problem here is that Samantha is intent on being taken seriously as a DJ, and the Lindsay sideshow was starting to overwhelm that.'

Two weeks ago Lohan and Ronson looked blissfully happy together as they holidayed in Mexico.

More than four years after saying "I do", Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony secretly renewed their vows in Las Vegas early Sunday morning, PEOPLE has learned.

Witnessed by two friends, the duo renewed the vows at Caesars Palace's Forum Tower Penthouse at 3:15 a.m. Sunday after a night at Pure Nightclub, a rep for the hotel confirmed to PEOPLE. The service was officiated by Rev. Steven Smith.

Must have been a wild night, and lots of fun!

"It was totally a spur of the moment thing," a source said. "They decided around 12:30 in the morning that they wanted to do it and started calling for ministers."

The renewal ceremony comes after the couple spent the previous evening club-hopping in Las Vegas and taking in a show. Most in the city believed the couple was in the city to celebrate Anthony's birthday from last month.

"(Marc) said they were in town for his birthday and they wanted to celebrate," said a source who talked to the couple.

On Friday, the couple headed to LAX Nightclub and The Bank after checking out Criss Angel's new Cirque Du Soleil show Believe – all under the guise the couple was in town celebrating Anthony's birthday from last month.

I read online it was actually more like 3:15 am, but hey, who was looking at the time, eh? The party don't stop.
